Function design and palette
Concept, palette, and narrative thread — built for the one event so every detail carries weight.
The Curated is our service for mid-scale weddings and single-event ceremonies — engagements, cocktails, intimate court-yard weddings, day functions. The same design rigour as The Signature, scaled to one function.
Built for couples planning a single function or a tightly scoped two-day wedding — typically 60 to 200 guests, often a court-yard, farmhouse, or boutique-venue ceremony. Most clients here invest ₹40 lakh to ₹1.2 crore.
Concept, palette, and narrative thread — built for the one event so every detail carries weight.
Two to three venue shortlists matched to the brief, walked with you, contracted on your behalf.
Photographer, decor, florist, lighting, catering, music, makeup. Every vendor briefed against one design document and managed end to end.
A written run-of-show, 48-hour vendor walkthrough, and a TCA team on the ground from setup through send-off.
Welcome notes, transport coordination, in-room hampers where it makes sense for an out-of-town guest list.
Sonam is in the brief, the design, and the event day. Same lock as The Signature.
One long conversation, often two — to understand the function, the people, the budget, and the constraints. Written brief and working budget come back to you.
Design board, venue shortlists with site visits, lock on both before vendor selection begins.
Vendor introductions, briefs, quotes, contracts. The team is small and tightly coordinated.
Run-of-show, vendor walkthrough, TCA team on the ground from setup to wrap.
Planning fee depends on function scope and guest count — written estimate after the discovery brief. Engagement timeline is typically four to seven months.
Scope. The Signature is multi-day, multi-function — mehendi through reception. The Curated is one function, planned and produced with the same care: an engagement, cocktail evening, day wedding, or single-event ceremony. The same studio team, scaled to one event.
Sixty to two hundred is the usual range. Smaller is fine — we have done thirty-guest court-yard ceremonies. Larger than two hundred, single-function, you should look at us, but the design intent has to support the scale.
Yes, if the two functions sit close together — for example a mehendi the night before a single-day wedding. Anything wider than that is The Signature.
Yes. If the venue is already locked, we work backwards from it — design, vendor selection, and production all tuned to that space.
We do design-only on a selective basis when the brief is creatively interesting. Tell us what you have in mind and we will be honest about whether the engagement is a fit.
The first conversation is a quiet one. Tell us the date, the place, and what you have in mind. We'll write back with how we can help.
