The Day is a fixed-fee engagement scaled to the function count and guest size. Most engagements are a single function or two functions. Written estimate after the handover meeting brief.
Six weeks before the wedding is ideal. We can come in as late as three weeks out for a single-function event, but the run-of-show is tighter to build that close.
Yes, from the handover meeting onwards. We become the single point of contact — vendors talk to us, we surface what needs your decision.
No. The Day is about execution, not redesign. If you want design support, look at The Curated. If on the walkthrough we spot something that will visibly fail, we will tell you — but we will not change your design without you asking.
On most Day engagements, yes. On the rare Day weekend where Sonam is committed to a Signature wedding, the TCA team lead runs the day with Sonam available by phone. We tell you upfront which it will be.
We do The Day on destination weddings within India. Travel and accommodation are billed at cost on top of the planning fee.
